Meherun Nesa got her PhD in Nursing from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea in 2024. She has ample professional and research experience, and held positation at some institutes. Her research interests include Safety Climate and Management, Empowerment, Policy Making and Balance, Infection Control, Nursing Research and Nursing Related Collaborative Activities. She has published more than 10 articles.
