Dr. Huzaifa Umar, Dr. Ahmad Reza Farmani, Pranjal Gujarathi and Dr. Min Chen will be present at ICBP 2024!

ICBP 2024 is scheduled on September 26, 2024. Dr. Huzaifa Umar, Dr. Ahmad Reza Farmani, Pranjal Gujarathi and Dr. Min Chen will be present and give their speeches at this conference!

Dr. Huzaifa Umar is an accomplished researcher and academician with expertise in bioengineering aspects of natural product and their potential applications in cancer treatment. His research areas include Cancer Biology, Nanotechnology, Drug delivery, Biochemistry, Microbiology and application of Artificial Intelligence in Biomedicine. He got a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Cyprus International University Nicosia. Currently, he is a dedicated faculty member at the Operational Research Centre in Healthcare, Near East University, Turkey. To date, he has 45+ publications published in prestigious journals within the field, and many more are currently under revision. His research has garnered significant attention, with 590+ citations and 10 h-indexes to date.

Dr. Ahmad Reza Farmani is a PhD of Tissue Engineering from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. His intellectual basis is to use the engineering perspective to build new materials for new applications in medical engineering, regenerative medicine, and cancer treatment. Now, he is a assistant professor of Tissue Engineering at Fasa University of Medical Sciences, Iran. His research interests including Wound Healing, Tissue Engineering, Human Origin Biomaterials, Blood Derivated Biomaterials, etc. Since 2009, he has participated in several academic projects and conferences, and has published dozens of articles.

Pranjal Gujarathi is the Ph.D. Research Scholar at Bhagwan Mahavir College of Pharmacy, Bhagwan Mahavir University, Gujarat, India, and also works as an assistant professor at Department of Pharmacology, Vidhyadeep Institute of Pharmacy, Vidhyadeep University, Gujarat, India. She expertise in natural medicines and treatment, in-vitro and in-vivo studies, handing the basic and advances equipment’s used in pharmacology experiments, and has published various reviews and research paper internationally in Springer, Elsevier journal. She is the author of one national and international book. Pranjal Gujarathi also attended some academic conferences as keynote speaker and delivered her wonderful speeches. She serves as the Editor of edited book series of Iterative International Publisher, reviewer for some journals and is the member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teacher of India (APTI).

Min Chen, PhD in Medicine/Oncology from University of Heidelberg, Germany, born in Wuhan in 1967, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology/Tongji Medical College, and studied under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Harald zur Hausen, President of the German Cancer Research Centre (GCRC), the Nobel Prize Laureate for Medicine in 2008, who is an internationally renowned virologist. Min Chen's research interests include tumour molecular mechanisms, tumour immunotherapy, translational medicine and molecular image-guided tumour diagnosis and treatment systems. Min Chen has been a lecturer at the Heart Institute of the University of Texas Medical School, a senior researcher at the Institute of Oncology of the National Institutes of Health, an assistant professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine, a researcher at the Cheung Kong Scholars Laboratory of the Medical College of Shantou University, a deputy director of the Central Laboratory of Xiangan Hospital of Xiamen University, a director of the preparation of the Guangdong Neusoft Institute/Health Care Science and Technology, and a director of the Medical Laboratory Centre of the Third Clinical Hospital of Shanxi Medical University (Shanxi Baiqiu'en Hospital), Shanxi Medical University. After coming to China, Min Chen has presided over and participated in about 10 major research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, national and provincial projects and talent funding projects, with a total of 7,550,000 RMB, and won the second prize of Science and Technology of 2020 Chinese Anti-Cancer Association. Min Chen has also edited 7 patents and 2 textbooks and monographs. Min Chen's research results have been published in international and domestic journals, such as Circulation, Oncogene, Journal of Virology, FASEB Journal, International Journal of Cancer, Molecular Cancer Therapeutic, Cancer letter, Cell Death and Disease, Oncogenesis and Theranostics.
